The GUSHI HHPST Super Thin Turbo Diamond Saw Blade is a hot-pressed sintered blade with an ultra-thin continuous-rim turbo design that delivers fast, smooth, chip-free cutting of tile, ceramic, marble, granite and other hard materials. The narrow 1.0–1.6mm kerf cuts clean with minimal material waste and low resistance, while the high-quality industrial diamond grain keeps the edge sharp through the full 5–10mm segment height. Available in 7 diameters from 4" (100mm) to 9" (230mm) with 16/20/22.23/25.4mm arbors for both dry and wet cutting, it is manufactured by Huzhou Gu's Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (founded 2004, ISO 9001:2015, CE and EN13236 certified) with an OEM MOQ of 500 pieces.

The defining feature is the super-thin turbo rim. Where a standard continuous-rim blade has a thicker, plain edge, the HHPST rim is narrowed to 1.0–1.6mm and given a turbo profile that clears slurry and debris through the cut. The result is a blade that glides through glazed tile and brittle porcelain with far less chipping than a thicker blade — on most cuts, the edge is already clean enough that no edge-grinding pass is needed.

The blade is built on the same 65Mn spring steel core platform as the rest of the GUSHI range — laser stress-relieved, computer-balanced and EN13236 burst-speed tested. How the Super Thin Turbo Blade Works

1. Ultra-Thin Turbo Rim Cuts Clean Through Brittle Materials

The HHPST rim is narrowed to just 1.0–1.6mm and given a continuous turbo profile. Because the kerf is so thin, the blade removes less material per pass and generates less side pressure on the workpiece — which is exactly why glazed tile and porcelain chip less. The turbo profile adds cutting edge and clears slurry, keeping the cut cool and smooth rather than bogging down like a blunt thick blade.

2. Hot-Pressed Sintered Segments Hold a Sharp Edge

Segments are compressed and sintered at high temperature in a cobalt-nickel matrix, locking in high-quality industrial diamond grit. The bond is tuned so the blade stays sharp across the full 5–10mm segment height without glazing, delivering long, stable cutting performance on hard tile and stone.

3. Balanced Steel Core for Precision and (Optional) Quiet

The 65Mn core is laser stress-relieved and computer-balanced to a 0.1mm runout tolerance, so the blade runs true and produces straight, precise cuts. Super-Thin Kerf — Less Chipping, Less Waste, Less Load

The blade is rated for dry cutting (ideal on interior sites without water) and wet cutting (recommended for granite, quartz and Dekton to keep the thin rim cool). A light water spray is enough to extend segment life on hard stone without a full wet table.

Silent Core Option

The optional silent core damps vibration and the characteristic blade whine, improving operator comfort and meeting noise expectations on residential and retail jobs. Non-silent cores remain the standard, lower-cost choice for general site and shop use.
