Celebrating One Year of GUSHI Tools Corporate Culture
On June 5th, we held our first-anniversary celebration of GUSHI Tools' corporate culture journey. Over the past year, we have grown tremendously through initiatives like the “Five Ones” daily check-in, book clubs, and team-building activities. This year of cultural learning has left us with countless unforgettable moments. Today, our culture is no longer just words in a book—it has become the daily code of conduct that guides each of us.

1. Long-Termism
Our cultural practice has strengthened our commitment to being long-term players. We don’t believe in overnight success; we believe in steady accumulation and breakthrough through perseverance. We never sacrifice quality for short-term gains, nor do we give up on our customers because of market fluctuations.
2. Integrity and Honesty
Integrity is the foundation of our business. To us, doing business is not just about signing contracts—it is a testament to our character. Our cultural cultivation reminds us every day: we mean what we say, we do not deceive, and we do not hide. This is not only a moral requirement but also our non-negotiable business bottom line.
3. Innovation and Craftsmanship
For us, cultural cultivation means relentless self-improvement. It is a spirit of craftsmanship. By learning from ancient wisdom, we refine our mindset—becoming more focused, more patient, and more dedicated when serving clients, partnering with others, processing orders, and ensuring quality. You can think of our approach to work as deliberate practice, where we strive to achieve excellence in every small detail.

At our anniversary event, we looked back on the growth of the past year and looked ahead to a bright future for Gu's Tools. Going forward, we will stay true to long-termism, remain focused and trustworthy, and extend the influence of our culture to our customers, partners, and the families of our employees. Together, let us achieve both material and spiritual fulfillment, and grow together in both our careers and our lives.
